Star of Bethlehem Bach Flower Remedy (Ornithogalum Umbellatum)
Focus: Transforming Shock
Star of Bethlehem Flower Essence helps anyone experiencing the effects of acute shock or trauma.
An core ingredient of Dr. Bach's Rescue Remedy, Star of Bethlehem is the key remedy for acute shock. He describes it as the "Comforter and soother of pains and sorrows".
It helps to rebalance the energy bodies following experience of current, recent and past shock. Shock can be caused by planned events, such as childbirth or surgery, or unplanned events, such as relationship breakdown, bereavement or job loss. Shock can be acute, caused by traumatic experiences such as violation, accident or combat, or minor, such as stubbing the toe, or having a fall. All types of shock can be helped by Star of Bethlehem.
Star of Bethlehem specifically addresses the imprints of energetic trauma on all levels. When one experiences shock, trauma affects the subtle energy bodies. And, if that trauma is not adequately integrated or released, it remains in the energy field, causing blocks and imbalances. Star of Bethlehem helps to release the imprints of energetic trauma, harmonising the mind, physical body and emotions, allowing for greater ease of healing.
