How to design your own Custom Blend
The list below takes you through the 38 individual Bach Flowers, along with the emotional states they remedy.
To design your personal blend, read through the list, and note down the emotional states you feel you need help with, along with the corresponding flowers. Pay special attention to any flowers you feel intuitively called to work with.

Your customised blend will aim to harmonise these emotional states, remove energetic blocks relating to negative emotions, and restore balance to your mental and emotional energy bodies.

Once you've selected up to 8 flower essences, simply scroll back up and click "Add to Cart", and you'll be prompted to enter your chosen flower essences on the next page.
