Vervain Bach Flower Remedy (Verbena Officinalis )

Focus: Realistic Responsibility

Vervain Flower Essence helps to restore balance and perspective to those who are overly obsessed with a cause.

The Vervain type is a revolutionary spirit, and idealogue who aims to convert all those around them to their vision. In the positive state, Vervain types are inspirational leaders, who have a genuine desire to lead those around them to realise their best selves. When unbalanced, Vervain types are prone to becoming fanatical or extremist in their views. They have trouble listening to alternate opinions, and think that their ideal/belief is far superior to everyone elses. They are so eager to convert those around them that they often push people away with their overzealousness. They may also overlook their own health in favour of devotion to their cause.

Vervain helps to provide balance to those who are exhausting their energies pushing their cause. Whether they're a political protestor or a bitcoin fanatic, Vervain helps to restore a sense of perspective, and make space to enjoy alternative points of view and ways of living.

Vervain is also a great remedy for any person performing healing or acting in a leadership role - it helps with active listening and unbiased guidance, and moves the ego aside so one can hold space for those in their care.
